Caterium v17.6.6 — Proposal templates and Menu icon

- Removed the yellow square and duplicate icon next to Menu. The item now uses the same 20px masked sidebar icon system as Stock and Routes.
- Fixed per-order proposal template selection being overwritten by the global template during rendering.
- Four PDF templates now use different section composition, not only different colors.
- Template pickers use structural mini-previews matching the intended PDF hierarchy.
